Welcome to Clubkit
Clubkit runs the day-to-day of a sports club: who is coming to training, the match schedule, live scores, club news, the squad lists and the club's public website. Members, parents and coaches use the Clubkit app on their phone. Club admins also use the admin in a browser.
Each page here covers one task. Pick the section that fits you.
- New to Clubkit? Start with Install the app, then Accept an invitation or Join with a join link.
- Members: answer events, check the schedule, follow live games and set your profile. Start with Respond to events.
- Parents and guardians: answer for your child, keep their details up to date and decide where photos of them may appear. Start with Accept a guardian invitation.
- Coaches and staff: plan training, see who is coming, take attendance and score games. Start with Create an event or training series.
- Club admins: set up the club, add members, handle join requests and roles. Start with Set up your club.
- Your public website: Turn on your website.
- Privacy and legal: what Clubkit stores and who can see it. Start with What data Clubkit stores.
