Set up your club
Create your club in Clubkit and get it ready to invite people. The person who creates the club becomes its owner.
- Open admin.clubkit.team in a browser.
- Click No account? Create one, enter your name, email and a password, and click Create account. If you already have a Clubkit account, sign in instead.
- Under Create your club, enter the Club name and a URL slug, for example
riverside. The slug becomes your admin address (riverside.admin.clubkit.team) and, later, your website address. Use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. - Click Create club. The admin opens on the Dashboard.
Get your club ready
The Dashboard shows Get your club ready with the steps that are left:
- Set your colours and logo: Brand your club.
- Add your first team: Create teams and assign coaches.
- Schedule your first event: Create an event or training series.
- Make the club discoverable, so fans can find and follow you (below).
- Invite your members: Invite members or Import members from a spreadsheet.
Club settings
Open Club Settings (owners and admins) to change:
- Club name.
- Club language: the language of emails and notifications for people who haven't chosen one, for example invitations.
- Own account from age: the handover age for young members, between 12 and 17 (Hand over the account).
- Make club publicly discoverable: fans can search for the club in the app and follow it.
- Website module: Turn on your website.
Click Save settings.
Hand the club to someone else
Only the owner sees Club ownership in Club Settings. Choose an active admin under New owner, click Transfer ownership and confirm. You stay on as an admin.
