Who can see what

Draft

This summary follows the draft technical and organisational measures, which a lawyer hasn't reviewed yet. Details: Technical and organisational measures.

Who in the club sees which of your details. The server decides what reaches each phone: data someone isn't allowed to see is never sent to their device, not merely hidden on screen.

Good to know

  • Invite-only events and their answers are seen only by the people invited and the club's staff.
  • Members, guardians and fans keep the last 12 months of events and matches on their phones. Coaches and admins see the full history.
  • Emails and push notifications follow the same rules: if you can't see something in the app, you don't get it by email or push either.
  • Your medical notes are seen only by you, your guardians, the club's owners and admins and the coaches of your own teams.
