Decide how your photos are used

Choose where photos of you may appear: in the app, on the club website, on the club's social media and in the press. Every member decides this for themselves; parents decide for their children (Give consent for your child).

1. Open More → Profile and tap Photos & publication.
2. Under Internal, switch on what you allow:
   • Clubkit App: other members and their families see your photo in the app.
   • Club Website: team photos and match reports on the club's public website.
3. Under External, switch on Facebook, Instagram and Press as you like.

Each switch saves at once. Not decided yet means you haven't chosen; until you do, it counts as no.

Tap History to see every change, with who made it and when.

What it changes

• Without Clubkit App, other members see your initials instead of your photo. The club still has your photo for the player licence: club admins, the coaches of your teams and the people who handle media for the club see it.
• Without Club Website, you don't appear in the squad lists on the club's public website.
• The club's media helpers see a "Do not publish" list of everyone who hasn't allowed a channel. A change you make shows there straight away.

Add a photo

If you have no photo yet, Home shows Add a photo of yourself. Clubs need photos for player licences and so coaches can recognise you. Tap Add a photo to pick one.
