Join with a join link or QR code

Ask to join a club with the link or QR code it shares, for yourself, your child or both. The club looks at every request before you're in.

  1. Scan the club's QR code with your phone's camera, or open the join link the club sent you. It opens the club's Join page in the Clubkit app or in your browser.
  2. Tap Create an account, or I already have an account if you have one. Parents who are already in another club sign in with their existing account.
  3. Under Who's joining?, choose Me, My child or Me and my child(ren).
  4. Fill in the details: your name, date of birth, mobile and email. For each child add first name, last name and date of birth, and how you're related. Team (optional) is a hint for the club, for example "We play in U12". Tap Add another child for a brother or sister.
  5. Tap Send request.

You see "Request sent". Home shows a card "Waiting for …" until the club decides, and you get an email when your request is accepted. Tap Withdraw on that card if you change your mind.

If you have a code instead​

On the Sign In screen or on an empty Home, tap Have a join code?. Type the code or paste the link, then tap Continue. In the installed app you can also tap Scan QR code.

If something doesn't work​

  • "This link no longer works": the club made a new link. Ask for the new QR code.
  • "You're already a member of this club": to add a child, use More → Family → Add a child (Add a child).
