Accept an invitation
Join your club from the invitation email a club admin or coach sent you.
- Open the email "You're invited to join … on Clubkit" and tap Open your invite. The link opens the Clubkit app if you have it, otherwise your browser.
- If you don't have an account yet, tap Create account and sign up with the email address the invitation was sent to. That address links you to the club automatically.
- If you already have an account (for example from another club), tap I already have an account and sign in.
- Check the club name and your role, then tap Accept Invitation.
- You see "You're in". Tap Continue to app.
If you're signed in with a different address than the one invited, the app tells you. Accepting links the invitation to the account you're signed in with.
If you're already signed in
An open invitation also shows on Home under Needs your attention as "Invitation to …". Tap View to open it, or Decline if you don't want to join. The club can invite you again later.
If the link doesn't work
- "Invitation expired" or "This invitation is no longer valid": ask the club to send a new one.
- "Already accepted": the invitation was used. Sign in with the account that accepted it.
Staff roles (coach, admin) also get a link to the admin in the same email.
