Export or delete your data

Download a copy of everything Clubkit stores about you, or delete your account. Everyone can do this for their own account.

Download your data

  1. In the app, open More → Profile and scroll to the end. In the admin, open My account.
  2. Tap Download my data.

You get a file (JSON) with your account, memberships in all your clubs, answers, attendance, away dates, invitations, teams, line-ups, fees, devices and notification settings. Passwords and security tokens are not included.

Delete your account

  1. In the app, open More → Profile and tap Delete my account. In the admin, open My account and click Delete my account.
  2. Read what happens, enter your password and confirm with Delete account.

This can't be undone. In one step:

  • Your login, devices and notification settings are deleted.
  • In each club, your name becomes "Deleted member" and your personal details are cleared: phone, date of birth, nationality, positions, emergency contact, medical notes, email and photos.
  • Your clubs keep their match and attendance history under "Deleted member".
  • Clubs you only followed as a fan are removed.

If you own a club, transfer ownership to another admin first (Club Settings → Club ownership).

Under 18

If you took over your profile from your guardians and delete your account before you're 18, the profile goes back to your guardians, who manage it again. Your history and photo choices stay. To leave the club, talk to them or the club.

Ask your club

To have your data deleted without an account, or if you can't do it yourself, ask your club. See Remove a member or delete their data.
