Sign in and reset your password

Sign in to the app or the admin, and set a new password if you forgot yours. This works the same for everyone.

Sign in

1. Open the app (or app.clubkit.team). For the admin, open your club's admin address, for example riverside.admin.clubkit.team.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Tap Sign In (in the admin: Sign in).

Your app and admin use the same account.

Reset your password

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email and tap the link. It works for one hour.
4. Enter your new password twice (at least 8 characters) and tap Set new password (in the admin: Update password).
5. Sign in with the new password.

Resetting your password signs you out on your other devices, and you get an email saying the password was changed.

If the link says "Link expired or invalid", tap Request a new link and start again.

Sign out

Tap your initials or photo in the top right corner, then Sign out. Signing out removes the club data stored on that device.
